Scouts and the Zoo
The Peoria Zoo can aid your Scouts on their journey to earn Achievement Awards. This 30-45 minute program with 2-3 ambassador animals can be customized to a topic of your choice. Popular themes are Animal Habitats, Colors and Patterns in Nature, and Classification. 15 person minimum.
Cost: $5/person plus Zoo Admission
Scout Zoomobile
Have the Zoo come to you! Scout Zoomobiles are 30-45 minutes with 2-3 ambassador animals covering a topic of your choice. Prices start at $200 with additional costs for distance traveled, number of participants, and time of day. Zoomobiles are not available to private residences.
