Visitors are encouraged to stop by featured bird habitats to connect with avian species and learn more about the role zoos play in protecting wildlife and ecosystems. \nThis special day includes:\n– Educational activities in the Tropics Classroom focused on migratory birds and conservation\n– Interactive opportunities to learn about bird migration and habitats\n– Family-friendly crafts and photo opportunities\n– Information about simple actions guests can take to support wildlife conservation \nGuests can also make their way over the the Peoria PlayHouse Children’s Museum\, where we are kicking off our Wild Encounters program for the season over on the PlayHouse porch.
