Zambezi River Village
An OUTDOOR banquet facility within Peoria Zoo. The River Village overlooks the Africa! exhibit and contains the Rondavel. The Rondavel sits in the center of the village and is equipped with a sound system and lighting. The perfect setting for a DJ or live entertainment. The village is available for receptions, corporate events, or group meetings.
Tropics Classroom
Located in our Tropics Building. This classroom seats 35-40 people comfortably.
Treetops Classroom
Perched high on the boardwalk overlooking the Africa! exhibit. Once in the classroom visitors will have the very unique opportunity to see behind the scenes at the giraffe barn through a special viewing window.
Seats 25-30 people comfortably.
Zambezi River Lodge
Located right next to the River Village inside the Peoria Zoo, The Zambezi River Lodge seats up to 200 people.
With breathtaking views of the ‘Africa Portal’, this is a much sought after venue for receptions and conferences. Book the Zambezi River Lodge and River Village together for a uniquw INDOOR and OUTDOOR venue.
